International Symposium 2026 · About

Oral health justice starts with connection.

Bringing community-based, educational and policy approaches together for migrant and vulnerable populations.

About the symposium

Global Oral Health Justice for an Inclusive Future brings together researchers, educators, practitioners, and graduate students to explore how community-based approaches, education, and policy can improve oral health for migrant and vulnerable populations.

Hosted by Seoul National University Graduate School of Dentistry, this graduate student-led international symposium examines the social and structural barriers that shape oral health and access to care. Drawing on research and experiences across countries, discussions will address oral health inequities, inclusive health services, and educational strategies that connect oral health literacy with everyday practice.

Through presentations and collaborative discussion, participants will consider how evidence can inform locally relevant approaches to prevention and care. The symposium aims to build connections across disciplines and countries and support continued collaboration toward more equitable oral health.
